A little bit about me

Thanks for stopping by. If you are hear after reading my short bio on the home page, you’re probably looking for a little more back story about me. Well, here we go.

I have always been a designer, dreaming big and trying to bring my ideas to life. Even from a young age I enjoyed creating and designing things. As a kid, that medium was Legos, mostly Star Wars, and video games like Minecraft (before it was cool).

After school and during summer breaks you could find me creating Legos and building elaborate creations on the computer. I didn’t win any awards or launch any break out YouTube channels, but it did give me a great base for my inevitable career choice of Structural Engineering and design.

Now, I have over 9+ years of experience working full time as a Professional Structural Engineer (PE). I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across a variety of projects across multiple sectors, I feel I have gained valuable experience and expertise on the design process.

Engineering, math, and project management is fun and all, but sometimes you just need to let your mind run and bring some ideas and designs to life. That’s where 3D visualization comes in.

I love seeing a jumbled mess of ideas come together into an awesome creation and design. Whether interior or exterior focused, working towards an end product is one of my favorite things.

It also helps to understand if a design is structurally feasible 🙂

Ok, now for some more fun stuff about me.

What do I do for fun? – Really anything outdoors. On the weekends, you can find me out riding around on horseback, taking a hike in the woods, or just sitting on the back patio reading a good book.

I’m also still a pretty big Star Wars fan.

Anyways, thanks for stopping by
